The turn showed 7543 and Dohang Na checked to Pablo Valdivieso on the button, who bet 15,000. Na called to see the J on the river on which a brief staring contest resulted in two checks. Na tabled the QQ for the overpair and Valdivieso tapped the table in defeat with the words "nice hand".

Antimony Flops Bottom Set and Gets Paid

Action was picked up on a 4K3 flop with 10,000 in the middle.

Anna Antimony had fired out 5,000 from early position and Maury Barrett called on the button. Manuel Ruivo three-bet to 11,500 from the big blind and Antimony moved all in for 54,000. Barrett folded and Ruivo called all in for less.

On a board of 7736, George Lods fired a bet of 5,000, and Jessica Teusl called.

The A landed on the river and Lods made another bet of 6,000, which Teusl called reasonably quickly.

Lods tabled 99 but Teusl had the winner with JJ.

Manu Catches Chappell Speeding

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was picked up on the flop in a pot between Rubin Chappell in the big blind and Corneliu Manu in middle position.

The flop read 542 and Chappell checked over to Manu who bet 2,000, Chappell raised to 7,000 and Manu called.

On the turn 5, Chappell bet 7,700 which saw Manu quickly call.

Chappell sized up to 30,000 on the river 9 and Manu sighed as he put in the chips to call.

"Good call," Chappell said as he tabled J8. Manu turned over QQ for queens up and he raked in the pot.

Three ways to the J105 flop, the action checked to Bart Lybaert and he made it 3,000 to go. Denise Pratt and the small blind called to see the 4 on the turn. It once more checked to Lybaert and his second barrel for 12,000 took down the pot without resistance.

Hart Spikes the Turn to Bust Kortas

Brent Hart was in middle position and three-bet to 7,500. Ghattas Kortas then four-bet to 22,000 under the gun and Hart called.

The flop came 568 and Kortas bet 12,000. Hart called to the J turn, where Kortas bet 35,000 leaving himself just one chip behind. Hart moved all in and Kortas put in his last chip.

Hart turned over JJ for a turned set and Kortas slammed down AA. The river was the Q and Hart secured the pot to send Kortas to the rail.

"What can I do? Some people are just luckier than others," Kortas said.

"If you shove the flop I fold," Hart, who won his first WSOP bracelet earlier this summer, replied.

Fitzgerald continued for 8,200 on 9810 before Mandel raised to 21,700. Fitzgerald moved all in for 56,000 and Mandel called.

Winsor Eliminated by Boyd

In four-way action to the J42 flop, it checked to Karen Boyd and she pushed all-in for around 35,000. Silvio Costa in the hijack folded while Benjamin Winsor in the cutoff reluctantly called for around 25,000, Michael Turello also folded out of the blinds as well.
