Lopez Wins Three-Way Pot With Aces

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Carmen Ling opened to 5,000 from early position and Adrian Lopez three-bet the hijack to 12,000. Frankie Ortiz cold-called from the button, and Ling put in the extra 7,000 to see a flop.

On the 4QK board, Ling checked, and Lopez bet 15,000, which Ortiz & Ling called.

The 6 turn was checked around, as was the K river.

Ortiz quickly flipped AQ, Ling mucked, but Lopez held the winner with AA.

Counterfeit Saves Sandu

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Cristinel Sandu's short stack of 33,000 was at risk preflop.

Cristinel Sandu: J10 All in
Arvydas Merfeldas: 33

Sandu started to stand up to go as the board was quickly dealt 6x6x8x4x4x. He said "good game," and was about to leave before he was made aware that he actually doubled up with the jack kicker on the double-paired board, which counterfeited Merfeldas' treys.

He sat back down with his renewed stack.
