Jordan Griff opened to 2,400,000 on the button and Malcolm Franchi defended in the big blind.
Franchi checked on the flop of K♣6♥5♦ and Griff continued for 2,400,000. Franchi called. Franchi checked again on the 4♠ turn and Griff checked back.
Franchi checked again on the 9♦ river and Griff fired a final bet of 8,000,000. Franchi laid it down.
Andres Gonzalez raised to 2,500,000 in early position and was three-bet to 6,000,000 by Kristen Foxen in the seat next to him. Gonzalez called once the action folded back to him and the pair saw a flop of A♠4♥K♥.
Gonzalez checked, Foxen continued for 3,000,000 and Gonzalez quickly folded as he forfeited the pot.
On the next deal, Joe Serock raised to 2,400,000 in middle position before Niklas Astedt three-bet to 7,000,000 in the cutoff. It folded back to Serock, who released his cards, shipping the pot to Astedt uncontested.
Serock entered the pot with another raise to 2,400,000 the next hand, and this time the other players folded before Serock showed Q♦Q♣.
Boris Angelov opened to 2,400,000 on the button and found a single caller in Malo Latinois out of the big blind. Latinois check-called for 1,600,000 on the A♣Q♦J♦ flop and they checked through the J♥ on the turn.
After the 5♥ river, Latinois tanked for a while and then took it down with a bet worth 8,000,000.
Yegor Moroz raised to 2,500,000 from early position before Brian Kim three-bet to 6,500,000 from the next seat over. Action folded back to Moroz and he moved all in for 33,800,000 and was snap-called.

The 9♣7♣9♦ flop kept the kings ahead as did the 4♣ turn. The Q♥ river was the last card that Moroz would see in the Main Event, as he bowed out in 15th place.
With the pot, Kim became the new chip leader.
Joe Serock opened for 2,400,000 in the cutoff and took down the pot before showing A♣9♥.
The next hand, Diogo Coelho jammed all in for 13,000,000 in the small blind and was met with a fold from big blind Brian Kim.
Niklas Astedt then made it 2,500,000 to go in the cutoff. Brian Kim three-bet to 7,500,000 in the small blind and Astedt folded to the newly crowned chipleader.
Astedt then raised to 2,500,000 again, this time in the hijack. Brian Kim called on the button and so did Foxen in the big blind.
Foxen checked the 4♥4♠3♦ flop to Astedt, who bet 1,500,000. Kim called and so did Foxen. On the Q♦ turn, Astedt sized up to 6,500,000, slightly less than half of the pot.
This time, both of his opponents mucked their cards as the three-way pot was shipped to the Swede.
Malcolm Franchi raised to 2,400,000 on the button and fellow countryman Malo Latinois three-bet to 9,000,000 in the small blind. It folded back to Franchi, who went deep into the tank. He eventually jammed for 15,100,000 and Latinois called.

The dominating pair remained ahead on the A♣6♥2♥ but had to endure a sweat on the 4♦ turn, as Latinois now picked up a gutshot as well. However, the J♣ river was a blank and Franchi doubled to swap positions with Latinois.
Kristen Foxen opened the action with a raise to 2,400,000 on the button before Jason James made it 6,300,000 on the big blind. Foxen took some time to think it through but eventually mucked her cards.
On the next hand, Andres Gonzalez raised to 2,500,000 in the hijack and was met with a three-bet to 5,200,000 by Joe Serock on the button.
Niklas Astedt then made it 13,500,000 to go in the big blind and received two folds as he took the pot
After the next deal, Foxen put in 2,400,000 in the hijack and was awarded the pot when the rest of the table folded.
Kristen Foxen raised to 2,400,000 from early position and Brian Kim defended his big blind. Kim check-called for 2,200,000 on the Q♠J♦5♦ flop, bringing in the 7♣ turn. Kim checked and Foxen made a pot-sized bet of 11,000,000 and was called.
With 33,000,000 in the pot, the board completed with the 6♦ and action checked through to showdown. Kim tabled Q♥9♥, and his top pair was good enough to take the pot.
Short stack Diogo Coelho raised to 2,400,000 in the cutoff with A♦A♣ and Kristen Foxen defended her big blind after picking up K♦K♣. The 10♥A♠5♠ flop was checked by Foxen, after which Coelho bet 1,200,000 with top set.
Foxen called for the 8♥ to appear on the turn. Foxen checked, and Coelho bet 3,000,000 after some time in the tank. Foxen called to the 3♣ river, which she checked again.
After some more thinking time, Coelho pushed all in for his remaining 6,700,000 chips. Foxen folded fairly quickly, increasing Coelho's stack significantly.
