Matusow had to win a flip to survive. But it didn't start that well with a flop of 7♥9♥K♥ which gave hit top pair but also a flush draw to his opponent.
"I'm going to hold" Matusow said after the 3♠. And he was right, as he doubled up after the A♣ river.
Despite this double, Matusow was eliminated a few hands later.
