Owen Blasts Flop

Level 33 : Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

The pot had 2,400,000 in it on the flop as it came 85K. From the cutoff, Adam Owen bet over three times the pot as he put out 8,000,000. Clement Richez was in the big blind and went into the tank as the bet was for about half of his stack.

Richez thought for a long time, at least three to four minutes while he sat studying the situation. Eventually he folded.

"You thought those were blues?" both David Uvaydov and Alec Torelli asked Owen after the hand (referencing the blue 100,000 chips vs the 500,000 pink ones that Owen had bet with).

Owen did not reply to the question definitively as he gathered the pot to add to his big chip lead.
