Corrigan's Big River Bet Gets Through

Under the gun opened things up with a raise to 800. Jack Corrigan three-bet to 2,100 from the hijack before Jorge Carvalho four-bet to 5,100 from the cutoff. The initial raiser folded but Corrigan called.

Carvalho continued for 3,500 on 1074 and Corrigan called.

Action went check-check on the Q turn before Corrigan sized-up to 26,000 on the 9 river. After a couple minutes of thought, Carvalho folded JJ face up, awarding the pot to Corrigan.

Gravanga led for 3,300 on the 6 turn. Under the gun called before Chaoui raised to 14,400. Gravanga moved all in and under gun got out of the way but Chaoui quickly called.

Needing to find a spade, Gravanga did after the 4 river peeled off and he eliminated Chaoui. Gravanga chipped up to nearly double starting stack.
