Lipp Sends Wakil to the Rail

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

The pot stood at approximately 30,500 with two players looking at a full board of 6545J.

Matthias Lipp, in the big blind, placed a wager large enough to put his opponent, Jamil Wakil, in early position all in for his effective stack of approximately 25,500. Wakil went deep into the tank, thinking for some time before making the call.

Jamil Wakil: AK All in
Matthias Lipp: 65

This big blind special saw Lipp turn a full house, besting the hero call of Wakil, sending him to the rail.

Deuces For the Win

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Travis Egbert was on a short stack of just around 13,000 chips and moved all in from the hijack. Qing Liu called on the button and Quan Zhou went all in from the small blind for 113,500. Liu thought for a while before finally deciding to make the call.

Travis Egbert: 22All in
Quan Zhou: KKAll in
Qing Liu: 1010

Egbert ran into two big hands on his short stack, while Zhou had by far the best chances for his double-up with kings.

However, the flop came Q42, sending the worst hand into a commanding lead.

The turn 9 and river 6 changed nothing and Egbert got the triple-up, while Zhou won a big side pot of around 170,000 chips.
