Everyone folded to Christopher Stevenson in the small blind and Luka Bojovic said jovially, "Here we go again". Sure enough Stevenson with a monster stack pushed all in for effective 350,000 and Bojovic called.

At the 2023 World Series of Poker, poker player Cody Daniels inspired the poker community with his strength and determination when taking on Poker's World Championship while battling a terminal illness.
This summer, the Lake Havasu City native returned to the WSOP, first playing Event #70: $400 Colossus before hopping into the record-breaking 2024 WSOP Main Event. Daniels managed to navigate the bubble, which burst earlier in the afternoon, and currently sits with a stack of 300,000 (25 big blinds) at the halfway point of Day 4.
In the midst of his pursuit of the WSOP Main Event bracelet and the $10 million first-place prize, PokerNews caught up with the 29-year-old. Daniels shared his experiences, emotions, and the extraordinary support he's received throughout his journey.
In what was intended to be a conversation about a slew of near misses over his career, Michael Rocco flipped the script when he revealed that the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) would be his last full series for many years.
And the reason why he'll be reducing his volume at the tables may come as a bit of a shock.

After taking a look at the blinds Kenneth Kim moved all in for 455,000 from under the gun and David Stamm also moved all in with the superior stack to isolate from the cutoff and everyone else folded.

The board played out with 3♦2♥9♠2♦J♥ and Stamm's aces held for the win with two pair.
Action picked up on the turn with a board of J♥8♦6♠J♠ and Luigi Soncin was in late position and made a bet of 200,000 and Daisuke Ogita moved all in for his last 800,000 chips and Soncin instantly called.

Ogita held two pair and Soncin held trip jacks heading to the river 10♦ which solidified Soncin's win.
Akinobu Maeda opened the action with a raise to 120,000 from middle position. Ankit Ahuja defended his big bind.
Maeda continued for 90,000 on 9♥A♦4♦ and Ahuja made the call.
Both players checked the 6♠ turn before Maeda fired 300,000 on the 3♠ river. Ahuja quickly called and tabled A♠5♣ for the winner. Maeda showed K♦9♦ before tossing his cards into the muck.
