Edwards had Tran dominated and maintained his lead when the flop dropped 5♦Q♣J♦. Tran was hopeful, however, as it also gave her a flush draw. The tides changed when the 6♦ fell on the turn completing Tran's flush. The river 6♠ didn't change anything sending Edwards to the rail.
While waiting for the tournament dealer for his payout slip, he asked, "Will I make it to PokerNews?" And the answer to that would be a yes.
