Kertland Busts in Brutal Fashion

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Liviu-Rodrig Bartha opened the action with a raise to 80,000 from middle position, which was called by David Bagheri in the cutoff.
Jesse Kertland then shoved for 580,000, and Liviu-Rodrig Bartha reshoved. Frustratedly, Bagheri mucked AQ face up, and got even more frustrated upon seeing the tabled cards.

Jesse Kertland: KQ All in
Liviu-Rodrig Bartha: KQ

Bagheri carried on rambling as the 5AJ saw his mucked cards improve even more, however the 23 runout improbably gave Bartha the nuts, sending Kertland home nastily. "But you mucked the ace of diamonds!" joked a tablemate with Bagheri as he double checked the board to make sure.

The 1036 flop gave no help to Fawcett but the J on the turn did give him some extra outs. None of them came however, with the 4 on the river, and Fawcett was sent packing.
