Boivin Keeps the Pressure On to Take It Down

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Yoann Rubele opened the action from the button with a raise to 80,000, and Thomas Boivin responded from the small blind by 3-betting to 280,000. Rubele made the call to see a flop.

The dealer spread 103K, and Boivin continued his aggression with a bet of 300,000. Rubele didn’t take long to call.

When the 2 hit the turn, Boivin kept the pressure on with a bet of 400,000. Rubele took another glance at his cards but ultimately tossed them into the muck, conceding the pot to Boivin.
