Danny Tang raised to 4,000 in the cutoff off of a short stack and was called by Nacho Barbero on the button and Zachary Grech in the big blind. The flop came 8♣8♦2♥ and the action checked to Barbero who bet 4,000. Grech called and Tang check-raised to 16,000. Barbero just called and Grech got out of the way.
The turn was the Q♠ and both players checked to the 6♥ on the river. Tang slid out a bet of 30,000, leaving just 1,000 behind. Barbero instantly shoved all in and Tang sighed in disappointment.
"Really, Nacho?" Tang asked as he flicked in his last chips. Barbero flipped over A♠8♥ for trip eights while Tang held K♠K♥ and was forced to reenter.
