Day 3 Completed
Day 3 of Event #14: $25,000 High Roller Pot-Limit Omaha/No-Limit Hold'em at the 2025 World Series of Poker has concluded within the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. What started as a 245-entry field, is now down to five, as they battle for their share of the $5,757,500 prize pool, a first-place prize of $1,302,233, and one of the most prestigious bracelets on the schedule.
Ben Lamb was the headliner today. In a room full of stars he shined the brightest; heading into the day with slightly over 2,700,000 chips, he was down to two big blinds with 14 players remaining and is now bagging close to half the chips in play. Hand by hand he asserted dominance over anybody who dared to enter his pots and rarely reached showdowns throughout the day.
| Rank | Player | Country | Chip Count | Big Blinds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ben Lamb | United States | 17,140,000 | 71 |

Another day of big-name bustouts throughout Day 3 play, with Shaun Deeb, Nick Schulman, Laszlo Bujtas, Ben Tollerene, Michael Moncek, Youness Barakat, and many more big-name superstars within the poker space falling short of their goal of first place.
The bustout of John Pannucci ended Day 3 play, as his rundown hand could not crack the aces of Ben Lamb, who rivered a flush. However, it was not all bad for Pannucci, as he collected a $224,000 prize for finishing sixth.

Ben Lamb raised to 560,000 in the hijack, which Chongxian Yang called in the cutoff. John Pannucci then raised the pot to 2,600,000, leaving 530,000 chips back.
Lamb quickly moved all in, covering Yang's 5,730,000. Yang spent some time in the tank but eventually made a reluctant fold, revealing the other players' cards.
John Pannucci: K♥10♥9♦6♦
Ben Lamb: A♦A♣5♦3♦
Pannucci flopped best on 9♣10♦2♦, and his two pair remained ahead on the 3♠ turn. The 8♦ river gave Lamb the nut flush, however, eliminating Pannuci in sixth place and growing Lamb's lead to enormous proportions.

Brandon Mitchell: Q♦10♦
The runout of 6♥5♥4♠K♣A♦ was as clean as could be for Cowen, and he has found himself a 6,000,000 chip stack.

The action checked to Lamb, who fired 700,000. Yang quickly mucked his cards before Garza stared Lamb down and made the call.
The 9♦ turn checked through to the 2♦ river. Garza checked a third time, prompting Lamb to bet 1,450,000. Garza made a quick fold, after which the players shared a laugh over the gaze of Garza.
