Friedman Makes a Big Hand as Suvarna Gets Acclimated

Level 6

Badeucey

Xixiang Luo raised from the hijack and was called by Adam Friedman on the button and Santhosh Suvarna in the big blind.

Before Suvarna drew he inquired, "So what is the game?"

Tablemate Louis Abronson explained, "You need a deuce-to-seven hand and a four card badugi, four different suits."

Suvarna drew three, while Luo and Friedman took two. Suvarna attempted to draw again but was told he must check. It checked to Friedman who bet and only Luo called.

Luo drew two and check-called after Friedman took one.

Both drew one on the end and Luo check-folded to a bet from Friedman who flashed an eight low and a badugi but didn't get paid.
