Andrew Brown opened the cutoff to 3,500 before John David Rogers jammed for 13,000 from the small blind. In the big blind, Viktor Blom jammed covering and Brown called off for 30,700.

Rogers tanked for some time before he elected to take one, Blom drew one, and Brown was pat.

Phillips was ahead with his kings as the flop came 8♣6♦6♣, but Rutter hit the A♦ on the turn to make two pair. The river was the A♠ and Rutter improved to a full house to send Phillips to the rail.

Nick Guagenti recently took his seat at this table. "You'll notice no electronic device in front of me. I have a $500 freeroll if I don't look at phone this tournament," Alex Livingston told him from another table.

Kyte was the one who got the spade on sixth. "Can we switch?" he joked with Gorodinsky, who led out with another bet. Livingston quickly folded, while Kyte tanked for about two minutes before also giving his cards back to the dealer.
