After Dylan Smith folded on the button, Philip Sternheimer limped in the small blind. Ryan Hoenig then raised to 120,000 in the big blind and Sternheimer called.

Both players checked through the 5♥4♠K♦ flop. Sternheimer checked again after the K♠ hit the turn and Hoenig slid out a bet of 125,000.

Sternheimer quickly slid his cards into the muck, and Hoenig added to his chip lead.

"Seems fair," Hoenig said as Smith took three while he drew two. Hoenig then bet and Smith called.

Both players drew one and Hoenig bet again. Smith folded this time.

The next hand, Philip Sternheimer raised on the button and Smith called in the big blind.

Smith drew two and Sternheimer one. Sternheimer then bet and Smith called.

Smith again took two and Sternheimer one on the second draw. Sternheimer put out another bet and Smith again let go of his hand.

Hoenig led out with a bet of 40,000, only to be raised by Sternheimer to 280,000. Hoenig quickly slid in the call and tabled K♥J♠8♠2♠ for trip kings, claiming the pot as Sternheimer mucked his cards.

Sternheimer ripped off his sunglasses for the first time at this final table and stared across the table at Hoenig for a minute before folding as Hoenig took down the pot.
