Eduardo Sarabia made it 1,200 to go from the hijack with roughly 7,500 remaining in his stack. After it folded around to Joshua Calderon in the big blind, he shoved to put Sarabia all in. Sarabia instantly called.

Sarabia was likely to be headed to the rail as he needed a date with an eight to stay alive. However, the board ran out K♠3♠4♠4♦A♠ to give Calderon the winner with a flush, and Sarabia was out.

Shane Patreau opened the action from under the gun with a raise to 800. After two calls from middle position from both Jason Gabriel and Mark Williams, a call from Brandan Brewer on the button, and Chester Mead from the small blind, Billy Johnson decided on a re-raise to 2,800 from the big blind. Patreau, Brewer, and Mead all elected to call.

Four players saw a flop of J♥8♣3♥.

A check from Mead was followed by a bet of 3,500 from Johnson. Patreau re-raised to 7,700. Action folded around to Johnson who elected to call.

A 2♥ fell on the turn, bringing a potential flush, and Johnson checked. Patreau pushed every one of his remaining 19,500 chips into the middle, and Johnson entered the tank.

After some thought, Johnson decided Q♣Q♠ was not good enough, and open-mucked his hand. Patreau showed the critical A♥.

Narciso Holds With Bullets; Sanchez Busts

Frederick Narciso made it 600 to go from the cutoff with Stephen Sanchez calling from the small blind, before Claudio Elizalde squeezed to 2,300 from the big blind. Narciso and Sanchez called.

After the dealer spread out a flop of J♠4♣6♣, Sanchez shoved his short stack into the middle for around the size of the pot, and Elizalde moved all in over the top. Narciso called for his remaining chips and the cards were turned over with Elizalde having the chance to bust two players.

Sanchez had top pair, Elizalde had an overpair, but Narciso was ahead with pocket aces. The rest of the board ran out 8♣4♥, keeping Narciso's aces ahead until the end. Sanchez was out, and Elizalde was left with around 5,000.

The action was picked up on a flop of A♠9♠6♣ with three players in the pot. Shaun Colquhoun bet 2,000 when it checked to him on the button, and only Tamara Hanna called from under the gun.

The 7♠ hit the turn and Hanna check-called another bet from Colquhoun, this time for 2,500.

When the 5♣ came on the river, Hanna opted to lead out for 6,000. Colquhoun quickly called, and then quickly mucked after Hanna turned over Q♠10♠ for a flush.

After a raise from Charles Petry sitting under the gun to 400, and a re-raise to 1,200 from Rudolph Dacanay next to act, Philip Restivo sat on the button with a decision. He elected on a call, and Steven Harrison decided to do the same from the big blind, Petry closed the action with a call.

The players went four ways to a flop of A♣5♥3♠.

Harrison decided to lead out 5,000 into a pot of roughly the same size. Action folded around to Restivo, and he moved his remaining chips into play.

Harrison faced a decision for 18,500 chips and his tournament life. Before long, he risked it all.

The dealer fanned out the flop of K♦4♦3♣ and Berg bet 1,400. Burgess called again.

Berg checked the 10♠ turn and Burgess checked behind. Both players checked again when the 10♣ came on the river, and Berg turned over J♦J♥ for a pair of jacks. Burgess couldn't beat it, and Berg pulled in the pot.
