Song Gets Huge Double
After a raise to 120,000 from Tzur Levy in the hijack and a call from Jordan Westmorland, Linyang Song called on the button, leaving both the blinds to get out of the way.
Three players saw the 7♦3♦J♥ flop, and action checked to Song who, with ultimate position, bet out for 250,000. Levy was his only customer.
The turn brought in the 6♣ and after being checked to Song bet out again, this time for 615,000. Levy took plenty of time to ponder what to do, he asked how much Song had behind, and Song let him know that it was an even million. Levy checked his cards one last time, before announcing "all in." Song snapped him off and asked, "pocket jacks?" worried that he was drawing extremely thin, but soon found out he couldn't have had it any better.
Linyang Song: 7♠7♥
Tzur Levy: A♥J♠
Levy was drawing stone dead, and the dealer ceremonially brought the cards into the middle to put out the K♣ river, which was always going to be inconsequential. Song's second set of the day gets him paid for a second time, as he joins Westmorland at the top of the chip counts, whilst Levy spins the opposite way.
