Welcome back to PokerNews, the official media partner of the 2025 World Series of Poker and home of live updates from all bracelet events.

Get ready for plenty of chopped pots because Event #21: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better shuffles up and deals at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas at 2 p.m. local time today. This event has attracted more than 1,100 players in four of the last five years, so expect another impressive attendance this time around.

Players enter the mix armed with 25,000 chips and a dream of becoming a WSOP champion. Their initial quest is to safely navigate through 15 levels on Day 1, with each level spanning 40 minutes. Although no dinner break is planned, there will be 15-minute breaks every three levels. Anyone who busts before the end of Level 9 (~8:45 p.m.) can opt for up to two reentries.

Day 2 starts at 1 p.m. on June 5. Levels extend to 60 minutes, and Day 2 players will pot-bet their way through 10 of them, breaking every two levels for a 15-minute breather. Should those players still have chips in front of them after Level 21 (~7:30 p.m.), they'll be sent on a 60-minute dinner break.

The third and final day is set for June 6 at a yet-to-be-decided time.

Las Vegas resident Caleb "Bruno" Furth captured this event's title at the 2024 WSOP, along with his maiden gold bracelet and a career-best $265,361 in prize money. The pot-limit Omaha specialist was delighted to win some poker gold, but admitted that the prize money meant more to him.

"I feel good," Furth mentioned, when asked about his thoughts on winning his first bracelet. "The win mostly means $265,000. I'm pretty happy about the money. I hope there's more to come. I'm going to be playing a bunch of PLO tournaments this summer."

Furth won his second bracelet in the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event earlier this series, besting a field of 757 entrants to earn more than $620,000.
