Moncek took the lead on the 7J4 flop but needed to dodge a spade to stay alive. When the K came on the turn, he was drawing dead and eliminated. The inconsequential 4 came on the river.

Taylor von Kriegenbergh opened for a raise to 27,000. That was met with a call from Nick Maimone next to act. Everyone else folded.

The board came 832 and Von Kriegenbergh checked. Maimone now took the initiative and bet 27,000 himself. Von Kriegenbergh called.

The action knuckled around on the 7 turn. Then on the 2 river, Von Kriegenbergh came out swinging, and bet 115,000. Maimone thought things over before making the call. Von Kriegenbergh tabled the 1010 and Maimone mucked.

Mike Moncek raised from under the gun to 24,000 only for Mustapha Kanit to three-bet from the button to 95,000. Moncek called.

The flop came 5A8, and Moncek check called Kanit's 50,000 continuation-bet. The turn brought the J, and now Moncek bet out for 160,000. Kanit used one time bank before announcing all in for 417,000, which sent Moncek into the tank using two time banks before announcing the call.

Lucky Double for Muehloecker

Thomas Muehloecker and Sam Soverel were engaged in a three-bet pot with around 250,000 in the middle and a flop of Q104. Muehloecker led out with a bet of 60,000 from the big blind and Soverel raised to 145,000 in position. Muehlocker called and the 9 landed on the turn.

Muehloecker checked this time and Soverel shoved all in, putting Muehloecker to the test for his remaining 308,000 which he called.

Riordan Busts Bhalla

John Riordan open-shoved from under the gun for 137,000, and Eshaan Bhalla also jammed for 129,000 from the cutoff. The rest of the table folded to send the two to a showdown.

Naves Boats Up

Tauan Naves opened from early position to 30,000 which led to calls from Tyler Cornell on the button and Brad Owen in the big blind.

The flop of Q5Q led to checks from Owen and Naves before Cornell bet out for 15,000.

Owen folded, and Naves opted to pump it up to 50,000. Cornell called to head to the turn.

Naves pushed out 125,000 on the 9 turn, and Cornell called.

Naves and Cornell checked the 9 river.

Naves showed 55 for a flopped full house which was enought to beat Cornell's AJ.

Wisbrod Nearly Gets the Max

Barak Wisbrod raised it up from under the gun and Eric Bonin reraised to 65,000 in the cutoff. Wisbrod called and they went heads-up to a flop of KJ2. Wisbrod checked to Bonin who continued with a bet of 40,000 and Wisbrod called.

The turn brought the 3 and both players checked to the A on the river. Wisbrod checked for the third time and Bonin counted out a bet of 115,000. Wisbrod check-raised to 484,000, leaving just 24,000 behind. Bonin gave it some thought before calling but Wisbrod showed 87 for a flush and the best hand.
