Louise Francoeur raised her small blind, and Valentin Lita called in the big blind. They both drew one card on the first draw, checked, and drew one card again.

Francoeur then check-called Lita's bet, after which she drew one more card on the final draw. Lita tossed in another bet, with Francoeur quickly calling.

"You win," stated Lita as he tabled 864 without showing his final card. Francoeur played the better three-card hand with her 6A3Xx and was awarded the pot.

Krela Falls To Tate

Jonathan Krela raised in first position and Brian Tate three-bet from the cutoff. Action folded back around to Krela who four-bet and Tate called.

Krela stood pat while Tate drew one and Krela lead out. Tate responded by raising and Krela clicked it back, earning a call from Tate.

Both stood pat on the second draw and Krela moved all in which Tate called.

Once more they stood pat and their hands were tabled.

Tate's seven beat Krela's ten and he amassed the remainder of of Krela's chips.

Matthews Left Without Outs

Graham Mathews had gone all in from under the gun before the final draw, being called by Christopher Roman on the button. Matthews then drew one card, with Roman standing pat after.

Matthews was drawing dead against the seven-badugi of Roman, and he departed the tournament area after he had turned over a useless 6.

Turner Turned Away as Schoonbaert Playing Piles

Catching the action before the final draw, several bets had been put in the pot by Ryan Schoonbaert in the small blind, Justin Turner in the big blind, and Arthur Morris in the hijack.

Schoonbaert checked to Turner, who put in his final 4,000. Morris was then allowed to make it 20,000 after a floor ruling, which Schoonbaert called.

Schoonbaert then drew one card, with Turner and Morris standing pat behind. Schoonbaert led out after the draw, and Morris quickly called.

Schoonbaert tabled 742A for a seven-badugi, causing Turner and Morris to only briefly show their inferior badugis before they were added to the muck.

Monette Wins Without Showdown

Action was picked up on the second betting round with a sizable pot between David Lin in the hijack and "Angry John" Monnette on the button.

Lin checked over to Monnette, who bet, and Lin called.

The final draw saw Lin draw one and Monnette stood pat. Lin looked down at his last card and checked over to Monnette who wasted no time throwing in a bet.

It took no time for Lin to toss his hand into the muck and Monnette raked in the pot.

Clotar Departs Amid Burning Controversy

The action was picked up on the first draw, where Stephen Speck under the gun and Paul Clotar in the hijack each took one card. Speck check-called a bet from Clotar, and each player exchanged one card again.

Speck decided to lead out, Clotar raised all in for 26,000 total, and Speck called after confirming the amount. Speck stood pat on the final draw, leading Clotar to toss his K away in favor of a new card.

Speck tabled 976A for a nine-badugi, while Clotar showed Q74A, having bricked his final draw.

After the hand had been completed, the players noticed the dealer had not burned a card before the final draw, but there was nothing that could be done for Clotar, who was forced to take his exit.

Ribeiro turned over Q52A for a queen badugi, and Milgrom flashed 554A for a three-card five. Ribeiro took down the pot while Milgrom was left with just two big bets.

He was eliminated shortly after.
