Xixiang Luo opened the betting, and chose a size of 150,000 into a pot of 180,000. When action folded round to Alexis Fleur he shoved, and Luo snapped him off and tabled his hand instantly.

Luo showed that he had flopped incredibly well, with J♦7♣5♣5♦. This gave him the absolute nuts on the top board, with an eight-high straight, as well as an open-ended straight flush redraw. On the bottom, he had the second nut straight, losing only to queen-jack, as well as a jack-high flush redraw.

Fleur was not in great shape; his 10♣6♥6♦2♣ had flush and boat outs on the top, however he couldn't hit either that would improve Luo to a straight flush. On the other board, he needed a running full house. Fleur was not able to get there on either board, and Luo's scoop sent him home.

Otto flopped a full house fours full of sixes on the bottom board and a pair of kings on the top. Matakis flopped trip sixes on the bottom and a pair of sevens on the top board. Matakis turned a bigger boat on the bottom and a gut-shot straight draw on the top. As the river cards hit the felt, Matakis scooped both boards with sixes full of nines on the bottom board and two pair nines and sevens on the top to send Otto to the payout cage to collect $11,878 for his 19th place finish in the tournament.

On the flop, Tyler Levin bet 85,000 into a pot of 240,000, and received both Samuel Stranak and Robert Klein as customers. He then potted on the flop, and Stranak placed in yet another call. Klein decided that this was his final street, and mucked his cards.

On the river, Levin checked his action over to Stranak, and this time it was Stranak's turn to pot it, putting Levin all in and at risk. Levin took his sweet time before flicking in a call, only to see the bad news. After the flop checked through, Xixiang Luo bet 300,000 into the 350,000 in the middle. Next to act Anson Tsang then went all in, and Giorgos Tsoupras asked for a count, which amounted to 315,000. Tsoupras then called, leaving Luo no choice but to flick in the remaining 15,000 as well.

After the river peeled off, Tsoupras checked over to Luo, who opted for a tiny bet of 100,000. Tsoupras whipped his head round to Luo, and picked up a 100,000 chip with a wry smile. He played with it for a minute before throwing it high into the air. It landed on the felt to indicate a call. Luo flipped over Q♠10♦4♦3♠ for the nut straight and a queen high flush. Tsang had J♠7♣5♦2♠ for no good trips and two pair. Tsoupras mucked his cards.
