Yokosawa Cracks Fritz's Aces

Masato Yokosawa squeezed all in for 395,000 after Manuel Fritz raised from early position and another player called. Fritz was the only caller and the cards were revealed.

Yokosawa needed a lot of help from the dealer if he was going to crack the aces of Fritz. The flop came down J♣5♣7♣ to give Yokosawa a flush draw. Fritz was drawing dead on the 9♣ turn as Yokosawa improved to a flush. The 9♠ dropped on the river, and Yokosawa raised his arms in celebration of doubling up through Fritz.

Catching the action on the turn of a board that read J♠4♣5♥2♣. Dominykas Mikolaitis checked from the big blind and Punnat Punsri bet 150,000 from the button. Mikolaitis called.

The 2♦ fell on the river and Mikolaitis checked. Punsri jammed for Mikolaitis's remaining 500,000. Mikolaitis called and Punsri flipepd over Q♣Q♠ for an overpair. Mikolaitis revealed J♦4♦ for two pair that got counterfeited on the river as he left the tournament area.
