Livschitz Shows Quads

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Landon Tice opened from under the gun, and Niall Farrell called in the hijack before Victoria Livschitz made it 2,800 to go. Both Tice and Farrell called.

The flop came AKA and all three checked to the 3 turn, which also checked through.

An 8 fell on the river, and after Tice checked, Farrell announced a bet of 7,500. Livschitz then put in a raise to 25,000, which got both Tice and Farrell to fold at lightning speed.

Livschitz then showed AA for quads as she pulled in the pot, which grew her stack to around 80,000.

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

A full board of QJQ310 was showing with around 30,000 in the pot when Michael Damphousse checked from the big blind.

John Petro was in middle position and threw out a bet of 10,000, which prompted Damphousse to instantly announce a call.

Petro revealed trips with Q9, but that was no good as Damphousse rivered Broadway holding AK to scoop the pot.

Seven is Always Coming

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Jared Ward
Jared Ward

Jared Ward opened from middle position to 800, Ankit Ahuja called from the button, and Cesar Del Pino bumped the price of admission to 3,600 from the small blind. The other two players called.

Slightly over 15,000 in the middle as these players saw a flop of 754. Del Pino fired a bet of 4,200 after quite a bit of deliberation. Both players called once again.

The 2 on the turn was followed by a 19,200 chip bet from Del Pino, putting himself at risk.

No complaints from Ward, who raised for all of his chips as well. Ahuja released.

Jared Ward: 77
Cesar Del Pino: AQx All in

Unfortunately for Del Pino, he was drawing very slim and was more than likely going to the rail versus Ward's top set, unless a 3x was the river card.

It was not, and Ward concluded the tournament for Del Pino.

Both players checked when the Q hit the river, and Ripnick quickly tabled his 88 which took the pot. Housser shook his head in frustration as he mucked his hand.

Multi-Way Madness

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Viktor Blom
Viktor Blom

Dean Baranowski from the cutoff, Viktor Blom from the button, and Ankit Ahuja from the small blind all called the 800 chip raise from Jared Ward in middle position. Clemen Deng, in an attempt to slim the field, re-raised to 5,300. This was an unsuccessful attempt, as only Ward elected not to see three.

Going four ways to a flop of 654 with roughly 17,000 in the middle. Action checked to Blom who made it 8,600 to go. Next to act, Ahuja sent his remaining 31,500 chips into the middle, putting himself at risk. Action folded back around to Blom, who made the call.

Ankit Ahuja: 66
Viktor Blom: A2

Blom did not have to wait as the 8 was peeled off on the turn. The river would not save Ahuja, and his flopped top set would send him to the rail.

Trofimov Finds a Flush on the River

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

On a flop of 56J, [Removed:510] had bet and then called a raise of 13,000 by Edward Hatzakortzian.

The 6 landed on the turn and Hatzakortzian shoved, which got Trofimov to call off his stack of just over 20,000.

[Removed:510]: KJ All in
Edward Hatzakortzian: AJ

Hatzakortzian was ahead with his better kicked but he needed to fade a king and the spades of Trofimov, who turned a flush draw. Unfortunately for Hatzakortzian, he couldn't fade as the 10 on the river completed the flush of Trofimov.
