Park Gets a Raise Through in Four-Way Pot

Level 2 : Blinds 200/400, 600 ante

Four players went to the draw where Dan Shak took two, while Eric Wasserson, Jonathan Park, and Joel Deutsch all drew one.

Wasserson then bet 1,200 from under the gun and Park raised to 6,500 in the hijack. Deutsch and Shak both quickly got out of the way, while Wasserson also mucked as Park took the pot.

Eric Kurtzman recently became the first player to bust out of the tournament.

Suzuki Lays Down to Taylor; Elias up Big Early

Level 2 : Blinds 200/400, 600 ante

Thomas Taylor opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was three-bet to 3,500 by Ryutaro Suzuki in the hijack. Action folded back to Taylor who called.

Taylor drew one and Suzuki stood pat. Taylor then led out for 8,000 and Suzuki laid his hand down.

Meanwhile, Darren Elias has gotten off to a great start and appears to be the current chip leader with approximately 135,000.

Nick Schulman folded in the hijack as action went back on Chambers, and he quickly called. "Straight," Lamb said, and instantly mucked his cards. Chambers flashed a 9-8 as he took the pot.
