Both players drew one and Elias then moved all in. Rutter had around 100,000 remaining and took a minute before folding.

The next hand, Daniel Negreanu raised to 65,000 in the cutoff and Elias three-bet to 200,000 on the button. Oscar Johansson called in the small blind, while Negreanu got out of the way.

Alexander Takes Two

George Alexander raised to 50,000 on the button and Darren Elias called in the big blind.

Both players took one and Elias then led out for 100,000. While Alexander was thinking about the decision, someone in the room began a baritone rendition of "God Bless America." Daniel Negreanu gave the singer a round of applause and got up to doff his cap.

Alexander eventually called and Elias showed a pair of tens, while Alexander had J-10 to take the pot.

The next hand, Alexander raised to 50,000 in the cutoff and Negreanu three-bet to 175,000 on the button. Alexander called and took one, while Negreanu stood pat.

Both players checked and Alexander won the pot with a 10-9.
