Nick Schulman raised to 40,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 150,000 by Chad Eveslage on the button. Action folded back to Schulman, who called.

Schulman drew one and Eveslage stood pat.

Schulman then led out for a hefty 360,000 bet and Eveslage called after a bit of thought.

Schulman spread out 9x7x5x3x2x and Eveslage mucked his hand to send the large pot Schulman's direction.

Daniel Negreanu raised to 60,000 in the small blind and Darren Elias three-bet to 200,000 in the big blind. Negreanu called and took one, while Elias stood pat.

Negreanu spent a minute fiddling with his chips before checking, and Elias checked back. "Jack-eight," Negreanu said, and Elias mucked.

The next hand, George Alexander raised to 50,000 in the cutoff and was called by Elias and James Chen in the blinds.

Elias and Alexander drew two, while Chen took one. Chen then bet 130,000 and Alexander came back with a raise to 625,000. Elias quickly folded, while Chen tanked for a minute before also mucking.

Darren Elias raised to 45,000 on the button and James Chen three-bet to 200,000 in the small blind. Oscar Johansson then moved all in for 705,000 in the big blind and Elias folded, but Chen tanked for several minutes and eventually called to put Johansson at risk.

Both players drew one. Johansson turned over 9x6x5x3x, while Chen had 7x6x4x3x. Johansson made a queen on the draw, while Chen tossed a king into the muck as Johansson doubled up.

George Alexander raised to 50,000 on the button and Darren Elias called in the big blind.

Both players took one and Elias then led out for 100,000. While Alexander was thinking about the decision, someone in the room began a baritone rendition of "God Bless America." Daniel Negreanu gave the singer a round of applause and got up to doff his cap.

Alexander eventually called and Elias showed a pair of tens, while Alexander had J-10 to take the pot.

The next hand, Alexander raised to 50,000 in the cutoff and Negreanu three-bet to 175,000 on the button. Alexander called and took one, while Negreanu stood pat.

Both players checked and Alexander won the pot with a 10-9.
