The heads-up match came to an end when Adam Tyburski chose to raise and faced a re-raise from Duong. Tyburski called to close the action preflop.

Duong fired on the 7♣7♥5♥ flop and was called by Tyburski, who left only 10,000 behind.

Duong asked for all of it on the 5♦ turn, and Tyburski flicked in his final two chips to put his tournament life at risk.

Andrew Beversdorf was left with little chips after a clash with Lawrence Robinson that saw Robinson double through Beversdorf, leaving him gasping for air.

This hand began when Jason Duong raised from the cutoff, and was re-raised by Beversdorf from the small blind. Duong raised to put Beversdorf all in and Beversdorf obliged with a call to head to a showdown.

Andrew Beversdorf chose to raise when he was folded to on the cutoff, and action got back round to Nicholas Tsoulakas in the big blind. He decided to defend.

Tsoulakas then checked the Q♦A♥8♥ flop over to Beversdorf, who went for a continuation-bet. Tsoulakas had sprung the trap, though, and check-raised. The players clearly couldn't wait to get their stacks in, as Beversdorf three-bet, Tsoulakas four-bet, and Beversdorf maxed it out with another raise. Tsoulakas had no choice but to call.

On the 9♠ turn, Tsoulakas bet, leaving himself only a single 5,000 denomination chip behind. Beversdorf then went all in, only covering Tsoulakas by 5,000, and was called, as Tsoulakas said "we might have the same hand"

Bobbi Harrell raised from the small blind when action had folded to her, and Jason Duong defended his big blind.

On the J♥6♥Q♦ flop, Harrell continued her aggression and made a bet, which was called by Duong. She bet again on the Q♥ turn, but this time Duong raised, which was enough to put Harrell all in. She made the call, and saw the bad news as Duong let her know that he "had a queen"

The river A♣ just added insult to injury, as no card in the deck would've kept Harrell alive on the final table. She left her first WSOP bracelet event with a very respectable score, however, and will now make it on time for her 7:15 p.m. flight. Her husband on the rail, although disappointed, was pleased that he wouldn't have to rebook.

Rogers was ahead to begin the runout, but the 4♣5♠Q♠ flop changed that. The 2♠ turn created a sweat, giving Rogers some flush and straight outs, but the 5♥ bricked on the river to send him out of the tournament.
