Robinson Survives with Straight; Hoch Wins Side Pot

Level 10 : Limits 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

The hand began with a raise from Paul Hoch under the gun. Landon Mabe raised the next seat over, and Christopher Bartley four-bet to 6,000. Larence Robinson flicked in his final 1,000 to go all in before Hoch and Mabe called the raise.

The three remaining players checked the AQJ flop.

Hoch checked the 7 turn before Mabe fired a bet. Bartley folded, and Hoch called.

Hoch and Mabe checked the J river.

Hoch showed AQ for top two pair to take down the side pot, which was good enough to beat Hoch's 88 for a pair.

Robinson showed K10 for a flopped straight to scoop the main pot.
