Anatoly Nikitin's tournament run came to an end after he raised from the cutoff and was faced with a jam by Tsz Ho Chau from the small blind. Nikitin took some time to take an inventory of his chips and survey the situation before he threw in a call.

Chau held a slight lead over Nikitin with his pocket fours, but the 10♦Q♦9♣ flop gave Nikitin plenty of outs to double.

Dennys Ramos opened the action with a raise to 800,000 from the small blind. Tsz Ho Chau tanked for a minute before he decided to flat call and go to a flop blind versus blind.

Ramos slid in 450,000 on the A♣J♦J♣ flop, and Chau responded with a raise to 1,100,000. Ramos pondered before he decided on a call.

The Q♠ turn resulted in a check from Ramos. Chau pushed out 1,000,000. Ramos took some time before he folded his hand to award Chau the pot.

Dennys Ramos has had a strong start to Day 3 that has seen him be the first player to rise past the 20 million mark.

This hand began with a raise by Ramos to 400,000 from early position. Renat Bohdanov called from the big blind to complete the preflop action.

The board fanned out A♦2♥5♠. Bohdanov checked, and Ramos continued for 250,000, which led to a call from Bohdanov.

Bohdanov checked the 8♦ turn, and this time Ramos fired a larger bet of 1,600,000. Bohdanov stayed in with a call.

The 2♣ river did not deter Ramos. After Bohdanov checked, Ramos pushed Bohdanov all in. Bohdanov gave it a long thought before he folded.

Hattori Lopez opened the hijack to 335,000 and got two calls from Dennys Ramos in the small blind and Tsz Ho Chau in the big blind.

The players went three-ways to the 6♥5♦7♠ flop and both the blinds checked. Lopez bet 500,000 and Ramos raised to 1,200,000. Chau folded the big blind and Lopez moved all in for his remaining 3,000,000 stack. Ramos made a quick call and the players flipped their hands.

Lopez ran into Ramos's set of fives and didn't improve on the K♣ turn or the 3♥ river and he was eliminated from the tournament in 6th place.

The 5♠ turn saw fireworks as Nikitin once again bet 1,000,000. Chau gave it a moment's thought before he jammed. Nikitin quickly folded.

The K♣J♥6♥ flop saw Ramos check and Bohdanov bet 900,000. Ramos called taking the players to the turn.

The 3♦ saw Ramos check, Bohdanov moved 2,400,000 into the middle and Ramos called.

Both players checked down the 10♥ river to get to showdown and Ramos showed A♥4♥ for the flush.

Bohdanov mucked his hand and Ramos stacked up his chips, tovertaking him as the chip lead.
