At the Hand of Posiedon the River Changed Fate

Level 9 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Jorge Dominguez raised in late position and was faced by a jam from Poseidon Ho for approximately 35,000. Dominguez made the call.

Poseidon Ho: KJ All in
Jorge Dominguez: 88

Dominguez seemed poised to dodge the over cards as it ran out 106A4 and when the Q fell, Ho was out of his seat and pushed his stack in the direction of Dominguez to his direct right.

Lucky for him, cards on their backs speak for themselves, as did his tablemates when they let him know that he had rivered the straight.

Dumbfounded and pleased, Ho presented his stack to be doubled.

Level 9 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The chip leader at the table, Hongru Zhang, raised from early position to 4,000, and Anthony Marquez moved all in from the big blind. Zhang indicated he wanted to fold, but the amount was too small not to call.

Anthony Marquez: 77 All in
Hongru Zhang: 94

The board came out as KQA6, and Zhang hoped for a chop, but the river 3 gave Marquez the win with his pair of sevens.
