Lin Doubles Through Vengrin

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

David Lin was all-in for his last 26,000, and Matthew Vengrin was trying to eliminate him out of the big blind.

Matthew Vengrin: AQ92

The dealer spread out the completed board of 23J63, and Lin scooped the pot with trip treys for the high, and a seven-six low.

Deeb Goes from Trapper to Trappee

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Shaun Debb

Dylan Wilkerson limped under the gun, Shaun Deeb limped next to act, and Todd Ivens limped to his left.

"C'mon, family pot! Let's trap Jim [Collopy] with a piece of cheese," joked Deeb as Jim Collopy was seated in the big blind.

Elie Nakache completed from the small blind and Collopy checked his option in the big blind.

The QJ2 flop checked around to the 10 turn, which saw Collopy lead for 6,000 and only Deeb called.

On the 2 river, Collopy checked it over to Deeb who announced a bet of 17,000. Collopy was clearly displeased with the situation he found himself in after late registering, but he eventually tossed in the call.

"I like your hand, I have ace-high," admitted Deeb, as he tabled A854 for just the naked ace of spades bluff. Collopy revealed K852 for the second-nut flush as he dragged the pot.

Phillips Gets Quartered by Kurshumi

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Six players saw the flop come down 4JA. When it checked around to Ardit Kurshumi on the button, he bet the pot for around 39,000. Tyler Phillips jammed, and Kurshumi called for his last few chips.

Ardit Kurshumi: AJ83 All in
Tyler Phillips: A843

Upon turning his cards over, Phillips said, "I misread my hand!"

Kurshumi had top two pair against the top and bottom pair of Phillips. The rest of the board came 27, which meant Kurshumi won three-quarters of the pot as both players had the same low.
