Neves check-called two streets on 2♣3♦10♦10♥ and when both players checked the 9♥ river he was awarded half the pot with his A♦Q♣ versus the A♣Q♥ of Johns.
Hand 3:
Max Hoffman raised preflop and Pedro Neves made the call in the big blind.
Heads up, they saw the Q♠10♥2♥ scroll across and Neves check-called a bet from Hoffman.
The turn brought the 9♠ and both players tapped the table.
The river completed the innocuous 5♦ and Neves bet, Hoffman called. Neves tabled the K♥J♠ to scoop for the turned nuts.
Daniel Negreanu raised from middle position and was called by David Lieberman in the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of 4♣9♦8♣. Lieberman didn't wait to raise and Negreanu quickly called.

Negreanu hit a pair with the 10♣ river, but this last card completed Lieberman's flush so Negreanu was eliminated in 8th place for $31,316.
