Nothing Faster Than a Speeding Bullet
Level 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Though he had been at the table for just six minutes, Brian Breck was was hoping to triple-up with his first good hand. He called Benjamin Armstrong's 22,00-chip raise with his entire stack of 20,000. Felix Borden called as well.
When the flop hit 4♦3♣Q♠ Armstrong went all in with his last 21,700 chips. Borden folded, leaving Breck and Armstrong heads up on the turn and river.
Brian Breck: A♥K♠9♣8♥
Benjamin Armstrong: [kdkc10hd]
The turn and river came J♠J♣ and Breck had none of the board and couldn't beat Armstrong's queens.
It took just nine minutes for Breck to go from check-in to exit and reentry. He got his new starting stack just before the break.
