Krela's Tournament Comes to an End

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Jonathan Krela
Jonathan Krela

On a flop of Q53 Jonathan Krela got his last 30,000 into the middle with Viktor Blom making the call to try and bust him from the big blind.

Jonathan Krela: AA1094 All in
Viktor Blom: K8642

Krela was one of the shortest stacks remaining in the tournament, so a scoop here would give him a good chance of sneaking into the money. However, the rest of the board came 9A, which may have improved Krela to a set of aces, but Blom ended up with a wheel, and sent Krela to the showers.

Dylan Weisman
Dylan Weisman

Alex Livingston made it 15,000 to go from middle position with Phil Hellmuth calling from the cutoff. From the button, Dylan Weisman squeezed it up to 69,000, which Livingstone called. Hellmuth mulled it over for quite some time before electing to fold.

Livingston jammed for Weisman's remaining 80,000 or so chips on the 975 flop. Weisman called.

Dylan Weisman: AKJ83 All in
Alex Livingston: A7653

Livingstone had bottom two pair, but Weisman had a lot of outs that he could hit with two cards to come. The rest of the board came 4K, improving Weisman to a flush. Both players had the same low, but because Weisman won the high, he got three-quarters of the pot.

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

"You might want to stay around for this," Shawn Rice said as Nick Schulman had three-bet to 86,000 in the small blind. Eric Wasserson called under the gun, while Calvin Anderson also called in middle position. Action went on Matt Livingston and he also called on the button.

"You don't see too many of these," Christopher Costa said.

"No you don't" Rice added.

The flop came 10Q4 and Schulman moved all in. Wasserson snap-called for 115,000, while Anderson also stuck in his last 180,000. "I got stuck in there," Livingston said as he mucked.
