Kabrhel Four-Flushes on Koon

Level 13 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jason Koon
Jason Koon

Jason Koon was down to just 395,000 and shoved all in from early position. The action folded around to Martin Kabrhel in the big blind who was hesitant to call at first.

"I don't want to bust you but it's like a win-win. If I double you, I'm happy. If I bust you, I'm still happy," Kabrhel rambled before making the call.

Jason Koon: 33All in
Martin Kabrhel: 109

"Good luck, Jason," Kabhrle continued. "In the next tournament, not this one."

The flop came K84 and things got real interesting on the 3 turn. Koon picked up a set but Kabrhle had the lone flush draw. The river was the A, which got murmurs from the rail, and Koon departed from the feature table.

Foxen Leaves Peters on Crumbs

Level 13 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo raised to 180,000 in the hijack and David Peters shoved all in for 1,365,000 from the small blind. Alex Foxen also moved all in for 1,215,000 in the big blind and Petrangelo quickly folded.

Alex Foxen: AJAll in
David Peters: KK

The flop came J107 to give Foxen top pair but Peters was still out front with his pair of kings. The 4 on the turn made things sweaty and it was the J on the river that improved Foxen to trip jacks, leaving Peters with just a couple of big blinds.

Koon Nearly Doubles

Level 13 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Jason Koon
Jason Koon

Jason Koon limped in early position as the shortest stack at the table and Nick Schulman called in the small blind as Martin Kabrhel checked his option in the big blind.

Schulman and Kabrhel checked on the flop of KA10 and Koon bet 135,000 with just a single 5,000 chip behind. Schulman called. "How can I play against two champions?" Kabrhel said before folding.

Schulman and Koon then checked down the 5 turn and 5 river as Koon showed K7 to beat out the 106 of Schulman.

A few hands earlier, Kabrhel told Andrew Lichtenberger to apologize to Schulman for making two pair with ace-four against Schulman's better ace. "It would make him happy."

"You know what would make me happy, Martin?" Schulman said without finishing his thought.

Level 13 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski opened to 160,000 from under the gun and was called by Joao Vieira on the button and Daniel Negreanu in the big blind.

On the K65 flop, Badziakouski bet 150,000 before Vieira raised to 525,000. Negreanu cold-called in the big blind and Badziakouski quickly folded.

The 5 turn and Q river checked through.

Daniel Negreanu: 87
Joao Vieira: 64

Vieira was happy to showdown his pair of sixes as Negreanu had an open-ender and decided not to bluff on the river as Vieira collected the pot.
