Lepovic Jams Into Reels

Level 36 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

After the live stream went back from the $50k PLO to the final table, the flop showed 1097 and Brett Lim checked in the big blind with the A9, Dennis Carlson bet 3,500,000 with the A6 into 4,300,000 and that got the better hand to fold.

Lawrence Rabie then opened to 2,600,000 with the 99 on the button and once again showed his pocket pair to everyone after the rest of the table had folded.

Elan Lepovic then limped the small blind with the A6 and Jason Reels raised to 1,700,000 with the J9. Lepovic limp-three-bet for an effective 11,625,000 with 725,000 behind and Reels reluctantly let go.

Quads for Lim

Level 35 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

After everybody folded to Lawrence Rabie's open with tens, Lawrence Rabie raised to 1,000,000 from under the gun with 22. Jason Reels in the cutoff called with A5, and so did Rabie in the big blind with 105.

All three of them checked the K28 flop leading to the 2 turn where Rabie led out for 850,000. Lim called, while Reels folded.

The A river completed the board and Rabie bet 1,500,000. Lim decided to raise with the nuts, and he made Rabie fold his bluff.

Rabie Has the Superior Pocket Pair

Level 35 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Elan Lepovic raised to 1,000,000 with the 65 but then folded when Dennis Carlson three-bet to 4,000,000 in the small blind with the AJ.

Jason Reels then opened to 1,500,000 with the 88 and Lawrence Rabie declared a raise in the small blind, but first put out calling chips. He then added more chips to make it 3,500,000 in total and Reels opted to flat-call.

The J93 flop saw Rabie bet 7,000,000 for nearly the entire size of the pot and Reels tank-folded.

"Ace jack?" Rabie asked and Reels shook his head, said "no, I had a pair". Rabie flashed his pocket queens to everyone at the table before collecting the pot.

No Flops and One Big Clash Vault Rabie Up the Leaderboard

Level 35 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Lawrence Rabie
Lawrence Rabie

Lawrence Rabie raised to 2.5 million with 1010 and scooped the blinds. In the next hand, the Canadian made it 1,700,000 to go with the A4 and earned the blinds once again for the second hand in a row.

Dennis Carlson then opened to 1,500,000 with the 98 and there was no flop to be had either.

Jose Boloqui made it 1,250,000 to go on the button and found no resistance.

The next to raise was Jason Reels for 1,000,000 with the A2 first to act. Rabie glanced at his cards and instantly announced raise while on the button, then made it 2,500,000 to go with the AA. Reels called and jammed the 663 flop, Rabie called for 6,650,000 and then asked "please give me some black cards".

The K turn and 3 river were no black cards but Rabie stayed ahead and celebrated vividly with his rail.

Manish Madan Eliminated in 7th Place ($110,581)

Level 35 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Manish Madan
Manish Madan

In the very first hand of the live stream, the action folded to Manish Madan in the small blind. He gave it a few seconds of consideration and raised for most of his severe short stack. Jason Reels in the big blind pondered about his decision and then reluctantly called for 1,700,000 total, Madan had 150,000 behind to the K92 flop and his shove was snap-called.

Manish Madan: A7 All in
Jason Reels: K7

Reels had outflopped Madan, who needed an ace to stay in contention. It didn't come on the 5 turn and Q river to knock out Madan in seventh place for $110,581.
