The action was picked up when Mitchell Franks in middle position raised to 114,000 preflop and was called by Xixiang Luo to his left.
The dealer fanned a flop of 4♣K♦K♣, Franks counted his stack and moved all in for approximately 160,000. It only took a few seconds for Luo to call.
Xixiang Luo: J♠J♣
Mitchell Franks: A♠A♦
Luo ran into aces. He was slightly covered so he was eliminated after the Q♠ turn and the 3♦ were revealed.
Action was picked up on a A♣5♥3♣ flop, Kurt Dalbey was all in and at risk for roughly 70,000, and was up against David Roepke.
Kurt Dalbey: A♠K♠
David Roepke: A♦Q♦
The turn was the 5♣ and the river was the 9♠, giving Dalbey a much-needed boost to his stack.
Action was picked up on the river with a board of 2♠J♥6♠Q♠5♥, and Marcel Vonk was all in for his last 40,000 from early position into a pot of about 50,000. Frank Lin was on the button and made the call.
Marcel Vonk: A♣A♠
Frank Lin: K♦9♦
Lin stated jokingly, "I am lucky for you, don't forget about my stake in your action."
There were roughly 35,000 chips in the middle on 9♥8♥6♥ flop. Barbara Enright bet 7,000 from early position and got called by Stephen Brasel on her direct left.
Enright fired out another bet for 15,000 when the 5♠ hit the turn, and Brasel called again. Enright check-called a bet of 15,000 on the 10♥ river.
Brasel tabled A♠9♠ and Enright tabled a straight with A♦7♦ and scooped the pot.
Level: 15
Blinds: 3,000/5,000
Ante: 5,000
Timothy Smith opened to 10,000 from the cutoff and got called by big blind Waheed Feda, taking them to the flop.
The dealer fanned out 4♦3♠J♥. Feda check-called Smith's bet of 14,000. Both players tapped the A♦ turn.
Feda decided to lead out on the K♥ river with 26,000. Smith, still taking control of the pot, raised to 60,000 which Feda called.
Smith showed Q♠10♠ for Broadway, prompting Feda to muck his hand.
Four players limped the pot: Michael Young in middle position, Eric Uhl in late position, Yucel Eminoglu in the cutoff and Julius Roque on the button. The big blind, Ronald Slucker, decided to check his option.
They saw a flop of 7♥J♣K♦. When action checked to him, Uhl bet 10,000, pushing everyone out of the pot except Young, who called. The turn 6♦ fell, and Uhl bet another 20,000 after another check. Young stayed on again.
Both players checked the 7♦ river. Young showed K♠3♠ evoking Uhl to call him, "River Rat!" as he turned over K♣10♦ for a split pot.
Ronald Surenkamp shoved for 13,000 from under the gun. He was called by Michael Gross in middle position, but Massoud Eskandari raised from the cutoff and made Gross fold.
Ronald Surenkamp: 8♦8♠
Massoud Eskandari: 3♦3♠
"You're way ahead," Eskandari said before flopping a set on 3♣A♦9♣. The 9♥2♠ runout gave him a full house and Surenkamp was eliminated.
Tony Gamueda raised to 20,000 from early position, and Jonathan Tolzin three-bet to 60,000 from the button. Gamueda made the call to see the flop of A♠2♦10♠. Tolzin moved all of his chips in the pot for 40,000 and Gamueda called.
Jonathan Tolzin: Q♣Q♦
Tony Gamueda: A♥J♥
The turn 8♥ and the river K♠ did nothing to improve Tolzin's queens and Gamueda won with his pair of aces.
