Andrew Bradshaw started the action with a raise to 320,000 and Marc Fluss shoved on the button for around 1,900,000. Kevin Nathan reshoved in the small blind for 5,300,000 and after some thinking, Bradshaw folded.
Marc Fluss: K♥K♣
Kevin Nathan: A♥A♠
Fluss didn't find any miracle throughout the board 5♥9♣4♣10♣J♥ and made his way to the payout desk to receive $27,048.
Action was picked up as Romica Mihailov was all in against Elan Lepovic.
Romica Mihailov: A♠J♠
Elan Lepovic: 10♥10♦
The flop came 10♠J♦J♥, which gave Mihailov three of a kind but Lepovic a full house, Mihailov could not find an Ace or Jack as the board ran out 3♥8♥ and he was eliminated.
Jose Boloqui raised from late position to 600,000, Thomas Reynolds three-bet all in for 750,000 from the hijack, and Adeeb Harb four-bet all in for 6,800,000 from the button. Boloqui folded.
Thomas Reynolds: J♥10♦
Adeeb Harb: A♠K♠
The board ran out with 9♣6♣3♠9♥4♣, and ace high with a pair of nines was enough to eliminate Reynolds.
Marc Joseph shoved for 2,600,000 from the cutoff. Dennis Carlson on the button called and made the blinds fold.
Marc Joseph: A♦4♦
Dennis Carlson: A♠K♥
After the flop of 3♥3♦9♣ was spread on the table, the 2♠ opened a straight draw for Joseph. The Q♣ river however wasn't the card he was looking for and he was eliminated in 21st place for $27,048.
In a heads-up raised pot, the flop showed 8♠6♠4♠ when Brett Lim checked to Andrew Bradshaw who bet 500,000. Lim raised it to 1,500,000 and Bradshaw announced all in for 6,850,000. Lim didn't take long to call:
Andrew Bradshaw: Q♦Q♥
Brett Lim: A♠Q♠
Lim had hit a flopped flush and Bradshaw made his way to collect his money prize after 3♠4♥ completed the board.
It was an action-packed day at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) as Day 3 of Event #48: $1,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold'em Championship wrapped up at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. From a massive combined field of 7,775 entries across two starting flights, just 202 players returned to battle it out on Day 3.
After ten intense levels of play, only 19 seniors remain in contention for the coveted WSOP gold bracelet. Each of the remaining players has locked up at least $27,048 from the impressive $6,666,000 prize pool, but all eyes remain fixed on the top prize.
Brett Lim bagged the biggest stack at the end of the night with 16,600,000, running hot in the final levels. With just $11,000 in recorded live tournament earnings, Lim will look to ride his big stack and momentum toward capturing his first WSOP bracelet.
Lim is closely followed by Dennis Carlson (15,725,000), a seasoned player whose tournament experience dates back to 2001. Carlson has accumulated nearly $200,000 in career earnings and is also chasing his first bracelet. Jose Boloqui rounds out the top three with 15,450,000. He’ll be aiming to surpass his best live cash of $54,790 as he makes a deep run in this event.

As the tournament progressed, the intensity ramped up with each level. The field steadily shrank as players faced critical decisions under mounting pressure. With the bubble well behind them, both seasoned veterans and legends battled fiercely to move deeper into the event. The fast-paced and unpredictable action set the stage for a dramatic run but also included several notable eliminations:
Poker Hall of Famer Barbara Enright (195th - $4,738), WSOP winners Massoud Eskandari (197th- $4,738), Larry Wright (174th- $4,738), Antoine Vranken (151st- $5,444) , Denis Ethier (112th - $5,444) ) and Marcel Vonk (86th - $7,361). They were soon joined by the last remaining 25K Fantasy Draft picks still in the running: Andrew Kelsall (73rd - $8,662) and Mike Leah (67th - $10,272).
