Ding Wins a Limped Pot With Trips

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

In a limp pot, four players saw the flop come out 663. Jonathan Hanner bet 2,000 from the big blind. The under-the-gun player folded before Biao Ding called from early position, and Jordan Polk called from the small blind.

The turn came the 4 and Polk checked. Hanner bet 5,500, which only Ding called.

Both players checked the 2 river and Hanner turned over aces with AA79. Ding had that beat with Q986 for trip sixes and took down the pot.

Gardner Rivers a Straight to Bust Eskenazi

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Three players saw the flop come down J45 with around 40,000 in the pot. Jason Gardner was first to act from the small blind and led out for 20,000. Scott Eskenazi shoved for 33,200 from the hijack and Omar Eljach folded from the button. Gardner quickly called and the cards were revealed.

Eskenazi had aces, but Gardner had a wrap as the dealer put out the 4 turn, taking away a few of Gardner's outs. The river came the 7, which improved Gardner to a straight, sending Eskenazi to the rail.
