Mosley Can't Fill Up

Level 16 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

After a limp from Dominique Mosley and Eelis Parssinen, Najeem Ajez raised to 88,000 in the small blind. Philip Sternheimer called from the big blind, and both limpers came along too.

The four players saw a 5107 flop, and when Ajez checked, Sternheimer took over the betting lead to the tune of 125,000. Action was now on Mosley, who moved all in for 188,000. Parssinen folded, but both Ajez and Sternheimer made the call.

The turn brought the 6, and Ajez didn't hang around for someone else to bet, sliding in a full pot-sized bet himself. Before the dealer had time to figure out how much that was, Sternheimer had folded, and the remaining two players revealed their cards.

Dominique Mosley: 101055 All in
Najeem Ajez: 9876

Mosley had flopped bottom set, but Ajez had taken the lead on the turn, now having a straight.

The river A was no help to Mosley, who needed the board to pair, and as the huge pot was pushed towards Ajez, Mosley headed toward the exit.
