A record field is down to 357 players for the start of Day 3 of Event #53: $1,500 Millionaire Maker No-Limit Hold'em at Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas.
Cards fly at 11 a.m. local time for the small group remaining from 11,996 entries over four starting flights – the largest field ever for a $1,500 Millionaire Maker World Series of Poker (WSOP) event – which resulted in a staggering prize pool of $15,924,690. As per the apt moniker, two millionaires will be made, with the winner’s share at $1,255,180.
Collin Ball enters as the chip leader with 3,245,000, just ahead of Artem Tuliupa (3,135,000).
Matt Glantz, who has been cashing in WSOP events for 25 years, is just outside the top ten with 2,015,000. Glantz, who has made 24 final tables, including this year’s $500 Colossus where he finished third, has more than $9 million in earnings, but has yet to win a bracelet.

Chris Moorman, a two-time WSOP bracelet winner, and Yang Zhang, who won a bracelet in hold'em two years ago, are in the top ten in chips, with no other bracelet winners among the top 50.
The slate for Day 3 of this five-day event calls for ten 60-minute levels, beginning on Level 22, 10,000/25,000 blinds, with a big blind ante of 25,000, with 15-minute breaks every two levels and a one-hour dinner break around 5:30 p.m.
