Oneal Finds the Triple on the River

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

John Oneal opened-jammed from under the gun for his remaining 1,380,000 and Hao-Shan Huang re-jammed for around 1,500,000. Jinho Hong called and covered both from the small blind.

John Oneal: 33All in
Hao-Shan Huang: AJAll in
Jinho Hong: AK

The 6J10 flop put Huang ahead, and the J turn only improved him further. He was sucked out on the 3 river as Oneal had rivered the boat, tripling him up.

Huang left the hand with only the 350,000 side pot.

Winning a Million Preflop; Macdonald and Iannotti Switch Places

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Thomas Macdonald raised in late position to 320,000 and Dustin Iannotti made it 1,100,000 on his direct left.

When it folded back to Macdonald, he weighed his options shortly before going all in for just over 3,000,000.

With his tournament life on the line, Macdonald went deep in the tank, eventually apologizing to the rest of the table for the time he took. Finally, he slid his hand in the muck and surrendered over a million of his chips.

A few hands prior, Olga Iermolcheva was all in for her remaining 350,000 and chopped with Joshua Reichard on the A51033 runout when only their kings played.

Olga Iermolcheva: K9All in
Joshua Reichard: K8

Martin Kabrhel said from the rail "Chop is better, you can go all in again".

It wasn't long before Iermolcheva found herself all in and at risk a few hands later after paying the small blind and folding for her remaining 320,000.

Iermolcheva jammed from the button after Mark Wagstaff opened from middle position. Wagstaff called and covered.

Olga Iermolcheva: 76All in
Mark Wagstaff: QJ

There was very little sweat on the QAK23 runout, and she was eliminated late into the day.
