Just 44 players will return to Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas, today to play the penultimate day of Event #53: $1,500 Millionaire Maker No-Limit Hold'em at the 2025 World Series of Poker.
Kaifan Wang is the one to watch, as he leads the field starting out Day 4. Brazil's Jacques Ortega is close behind in second place on the leaderboard. Orgeta is no stranger to the WSOP and his current biggest score was just last year when he finished 180th in the Main Event and cashed for $60,000.
Spain's Alejandro Ganivet and Ignacio Moron follow in their footsteps as they bagged within the top five. Ganivet has already seen success this summer and secured his biggest live cash ($33,282) in Event #49: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed just last week. He has already smashed his own record and secured a minimum $40,580 payout in this event, more than doubling his total reported live tournament earnings.

This will be Margets's third consecutive cash in the Millionaire Maker after coming 105th in 2023 for $10,749 and 348th for $7,200 last year in 2024. She has already locked up more than double these combined results, but will be looking to spin up her stack early in the day as she returns to Day 4 with around 17 big blinds.

Hao-Shan Huang open-jammed from under the gun for his remaining 2,250,000. Richard Alati moved in over the top for 3,600,000 from the cutoff, successfully isolating.
Hao-Shan Huang: A♠9♦
Richard Alati: 10♥10♦
The 6♥K♥10♠ flop saw Alati set up, and the 2♣ turn saw Huang drawing dead. He stood from the table as the dealer placed the 6♣ river card, and was eliminated on the first hand of the day.
Dominic Brugno raised on the button to 500,000 and Leo Margets decided to call in the big blind to go see a flop 3♣4♣A♦. Margets quickly check-folded after Brugno continued for 350,000.
Mark Wagstaff was all in on the button for his remaining 2,575,000 and got a single call from Michael Oar in the big blind, who covered him by 650,000.
Mark Wagstaff: K♣5♦
Michael Oar: A♦7♠
Wagstaff needed to hit, but both missed on the 4♦6♦Q♠ flop.
The K♠ turn saw Wagstaff hit top pair, and that was enough to secure him the double after the J♣ came on the river.
