Josh Reichard is a poker pro from Janesville, Wisconsin who was inducted into the Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) Hall of Fame in September 2022, becoming just the 10th member of the club. He won an MSPT event in 2013 in Milwaukee and has 26 cashes on tour overall.
Reichard has over $2 million in lifetime live tournament cashes, according to Hendon Mob. His greatest claim to fame isn't his MSPT Hall of Fame honor. It's his prowess in World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit events.
In September 2022, he won the $1,700 buy-in WSOP Circuit Main Event at the Horseshoe in Council Bluffs, Iowa for over $120,000. In doing so, he earned his 13th career Circuit ring, putting him just one spot shy of record-holder Maurice Hawkins.
Reichard has become one of the top mid-stakes live tournament players in the United States. In fact, he's sixth on Wisconsin's all-time money list, although it will be tough to catch up to the G.O.A.T. Phil Hellmuth, who has 16 WSOP bracelets and $28 million in earnings.
He's also had some success in World Series of Poker bracelet events in Las Vegas — $191,000 in total cashes. One of the few remaining missing accomplishments on his impressive live tournament resume is a WSOP bracelet.
