Troha Gets Max Value

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Sean Troha
Sean Troha

Action was picked up on the river, with a board reading J7KJQ. There was 129,000 in the middle, and Vasil Medarov checked his action over to Sean Troha. Troha then bet out for 105,000, which put Medarov deep into the tank.

After an extended period of thinking, he finally flicked in a chip to signify a call. Troha showed KK106 for top boat, and he raked in the chips.

Brunner Can't Hit His Flush

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Catching the action on a flop of 48K where Brian Brunner got all of his chips into the middle with Michael Lin trying to but him.

Brian Brunner: J985 All in
Michael Lin: AKK2

Lin had top set against the flush draw of Brunner. The 2 turn and Q river didn't improve Brunner, and all of his chips were sent over to Lin as he was out.

Rivera Doubles Through Dunn

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Tara Dunn got her stack in good against Marc Rivera on a flop reading 982 and the two went off to a runout.

Marc Rivera: AKJ6 All in
Tara Dunn: KK85

Dunn was hoping to avoid the flush, and that she did, but the 6A runout gave her opponent two pair, and doubled him up.

Odea Gets Much Needed Double

Level 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Eoghan Odea got it in with under five bigs preflop, and was hoping to hold against Daniel Clemente, who was the only caller to his shove.

Eoghan Odea: AA54 All in
Daniel Clemente: AKQ2

The runout was a sweaty one, as the 103Q flop gave Clemente plenty of outs, as he was looking for two pair or Broadway. The 6 turn removed a few of them, as Odea picked up the nut flush draw. Clemente did hit his straight on the river, but unfortunately for him he hit a flush also on the J which simultaneously gave Odea the best one, to scoop.

Brodeur Thins the Field

Level 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

As action folded to Rick Aasen in middle position, he announced "pot" and raised to 28,000. Isaac Kempton put in the call from the cutoff before Olivier Brodeur clicked it to 48,000 on the button. Aasen then shoved his remaining 77,000, causing Kempton to fold. Brodeur made the call.
