Pantaleo Fills Up on the River

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action picked up on the turn in a hand between Giuseppe Pantaleo in the cutoff and Robert Nehorayan in the big blind.

With the board reading 71042, Nehorayan slid out a pot-sized bet of 410,000. Pantaleo thought for a moment before making the call.

On the 7 river, Nehorayan moved all in to put Pantaleo at risk who had 406,000 behind. Pantaleo snap called, tabling Q1087 for a full house, sevens full of tens, besting the AJ102 of Nehorayan.

Perez Doubles Through Eilers

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

With the pot at 205,000 the flop read J105 and Erik Perez bet out the pot, leaving himself just 30,000 behind. Benjamin Eilers put him all in, and Perez snap called.

Erik Perez: AQJ6All in
Benjamin Eilers: AK104

The turn brought the A to make Perez a better two pair, and when the 3 bricked out on the river he was sent the pot for a full double up and left Eilers with a bowl of rice to play with.

Flop the Nuts and You're an Underdog

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Robert Nehorayan got it all in preflop for his remaining 260,000, as he and Punnat Punsri went off to a runout.

Robert Nehorayan: KQJ8 All in
Punnat Punsri: AQ95

The flop was perfectly curated for a sweat, as it came down J810. Punsri had flopped the absolute nuts with a redraw to Broadway, but was still a two-to-one dog as Nehorayan had an open-ended straight draw, a flush draw, and outs to a full house with his flopped two pair. Incredibly, he missed every out on the 24 runout, and Punsri accumulated his chips.

"Flop the nuts and you're an underdog" was announced, as the table chuckled.

Reed Sends Riesenberg Packing

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Michael Reed raised to 65,000 in the hijack and was called by Samuel Del Castillo on the button and Jason Riesenberg in the big blind.

The flop came 583, Riesenberg checked, Reed bet 90,000 and Del Castillo folded. Riesenberg went into the tank, looking for the pay jump before committing the rest of his stack which was 165,000. Reed quickly called.

Jason Riesenberg: 8763 All in
Michael Reed: 9985

Reed's two pair, eights and fives remained best as the board ran out K, A to send Riesenberg to the payout desk.

Rodriguez Falls to Vengrin

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Matthew Vengrin
Matthew Vengrin

Matt Vengrin limped in from early position and Amnon Filippi also limped on the button. Juan Rodriguez completed from the small blind, and Sean Troha checked in the big blind.

On the 7A2 flop, Rodriguez and Troha checked, before Vengrin bet 50,000. Filippi called and then Rodriguez made it 425,000, leaving himself just a few chips behind. Vengrin then planted a huge stack of blue chips, worth 100,000 each, into the pot.

"Wow! So sick!" shouted Filippi, who didn't like the spot he was on and eventually announced a fold. A few seconds later, Rodriguez called off his remaining 60,000 he had behind.

Juan Rodriguez: Q543 All in
Matt Vengrin: KKJJ

Rodriguez's flush draw was dead, but he did have a straight draw that he could hit to survive. The J on the turn improved Vengrin to a set, and the 6 on the river bricked out, meaning Rodriguez hit the rail.
