Wattel Left Short After Tate Confrontation

Level 14 : Limits 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Mike Wattel raised on the button and in the big blind, Brian Tate three-bet which Wattel called.

Both players drew one and checked on the first and second draws.

"Honest poker," said Wattel as both of them drew one on the final draw. "At least it was."

Tate bet on the end and Wattel called.

"Eight-seven," said Tate as he tabled 8x7x6x4x2x.

"I have eight-seven-five," said Wattel before taking a second look at his hand, "wait no I don't."

Wattel showed 87532 for a flush which was no good and Tate took down the pot.

A few hands later Wattel was eliminated.
