Jerome Zerbib

2-7 Triple Draw

Chino Rheem opened from the cutoff and David Lin called from the button. Jerome Zerbib had been left severely short-stacked from a recent hand and called from the big blind, committing the rest of his stack. Zerbib drew three, Rheem drew two and Lin drew two.

After the first draw Rheem bet and Lin called. Zerbib drew two while the other two players each drew one.

Rheem and Lin both checked after the second draw. All three players drew one again.

With no draws remaining Rheem check-called a bet from Lin.

Rheem had a nine with 9x8x6x5x2x, Zerbib had an eight-six with 8x6x5x4x3x but Lin had 8x5x4x3x2x for eight perfect to eliminate Zerbib and take the pot.
