Shimizu Holds on With Second Pair

Thomas bet the 7 turn and Shimizu called.

The 2 came on the river and both players checked. Thomas showed KJ for just king-high and lost the pot to Shimizu's Q4 for a pair of queens.

Rubinstein fired out a bet when the flop came 106Q, Deeb and Allan called. Rubinstein slowed down and checked when the 8 hit the turn, Deeb checked and Allan bet, Deeb and Rubinstein then called.

Action checked when the A was dealt on the river. Rubinstein tabled KK, but could not beat Allan's two pair wtih Q10.

Robert Klein opened on the button. Jiyang Gan in the small blind and Andrew Kelsall in the big blind both called. The dealer revealed the flop of 992.

Gan check-called Klein's bet while Kelsall left the hand. The turn showed 7, and both checked to the river K. Both players checked again.

Gen flipped his cards, AQ. Klein took a minute to muck his cards. Gan took all the chips from the middle of the table.

Ha bet the QJ2 flop and Vampan raised. Valeo and Ha called.

After Ha checked the 3 turn, Vampan bet, which only Valeo called.

Vampan bet the J river and Valeo called. Vampan showed the second nuts with QJ for a full house.
